The standard HDMI port that was part of the previous generation Raspberry Pi generation board is replaced on the Raspberry Pi 5 by two Micro HDMI ports to provide dual monitor/display support. This beginner kit includes an official Micro HDMI to HDMI cable (1 meter) to provide the optimum media output resolution support.

The official case for Raspberry Pi 5 in White/Red provides protection while maintaining the flexibility to access the GPIO with the ease of removing the top cover. This case is included in this kit.

This 32GB MakerDisk microSD card comes straight from the factory and it is pre-loaded with Raspberry Pi OS, so it can boot up on all Raspberry Pi computers right out of the box. Please DO NOT format it. If you want to load other Operating Systems, we would recommend getting the Raspberry Pi Imager and choosing the preferred Operating System.

Well, as there are GPIOs on the Raspberry Pi board, it is a way to learn electronics too. The guide also comes with exercises to learn the basics of electronic circuits and programming using Sketch. For example, here is the example of a traffic lights project in the guide. We have included the jumper wires, LEDs, Pushbuttons, Buzzer, and breadboard.

If you choose the kit with Raspberry Pi 5, there are two options: 8GB and 4GB RAM board.

As you might have known, due to the higher power requirements, the Raspberry Pi 5 requires at least a good quality USB-C power supply. The kit included the official USB-C PD (Power Delivery) 27W Power Supply and is meant for the Raspberry Pi 5.
